Originally hailing from Minnesota, I moved down to the Verde Valley in July of 2018. Previously, I was a college access adviser for 3 years in St. Paul, Minnesota, and worked in a German Language Immersion School. I graduated from Macalester College with a degree in Education, Political Science, and German. I am also a mom and have a son named Elijah and daughter named Eleanor. Most teachers have a life outside of school, and I'm no different because I love to play with my kids, read, travel, knit, play with my dog, snowboard, speak German, swim in Lake Superior, play soccer, and paint in my non-school time!
